A technical failure on our side that completely prevents the product from functioning at the time of delivery (and cannot be resolved through support).
Duplicate charge or payment processing error (proven by payment provider).

Provide your order number, email used for purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

All refund decisions are final and made at Henzo Cheats’ sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly discourage chargebacks or disputes through your payment provider.
If a chargeback is filed:

Your license will be immediately suspended.
You may be permanently banned from future purchases.
We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any losses, including chargeback fees, through legal means if necessary.

6. Refunds for Payment Errors

If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double-charged), we will happily process a full or partial refund once verified by our payment processor.
